THE BEST VARIETY

With more than 300 varieties of olive groves grown in the world, Olea Europea var. Microcarpa alba or other var. Masoides managed to stand out and become one of the most popular in terms of the high quality olive oil it produces.

HER HOME WAS KORONI

You cultivate for more than 10 centuries with its homeland the Koroni area, when it was the most important commercial port of the Peloponnese. In Messinia, 93% of Messinian olive oil comes from the Crown variety.

 

NATURAL HYGIENE

International and Greek studies to prove the hygienic character of olive oil have shown that the oil from the Koroneiki variety has the highest content of Olive Oil and Oleasin.

Oleicanthaler & oleasin are natural phenolic compounds where they have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective, anti-cancerous hyoprotective properties

 

THE NATURAL MEDICINAL PROPERTIES OF KORONAIKI OLIAS

The results of a clinical study of hundreds of olive oil bites for the beneficial effects of olive oil on health, according to a survey conducted at the Department of Nutrition of Davis, Calif., And the US Department of Agriculture's Nutrition Research Center in California in collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Department University of Athens.

They have shown that olive oil derived from the Crown variety of olives has a higher Oleicocarbon and Oleasin content than other olive oils, and the oil produced by the Koroneiki in the regions of the Southern Peloponnese has a higher than average content of these substances.

Oleocanthal has been found to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, similar to those of ibuprofendrugs ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, has significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activity mainly due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. (over three and a half teaspoons) Extra virgin olive oil per day contains an amount of Oleicand with anti-inflammatory action. Long-term consumption of small amounts reduces the risk of heart disease and Alzheimer's disease
