Panna Cotta with Ophelin Mastic Olive Oil

Materials

  • 400 gr. whipping cream

  • 300 gr. milk

  • 70 gr. sugar

  • 4 sheets of gelatin

  • 1 vanilla pod

For the garnish

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries

  • fresh mint

  • 1 tbsp sugar

Implementation

Put the gelatin sheets in a bowl of water to soften.

Heat the milk and cream together with the sugar in a saucepan. and the vanilla pod. Stir well until the sugar melts and do not let it boil. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and remove from heat.

Drain the gelatin and add it, mixing well until it melts.

Fill bowls, let them cool and put them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Place the strawberries and sugar in a blender and serve with fresh mint.
