We inform you that ophellia.gr is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the transport of the return/shipment. Our online store has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been placed. Payment Methods

At www.ophellia.gr you will find the following options for paying for your order:
- Cash on delivery: you pay for the value of your order upon receipt. This payment method is provided free of charge and is only available for shipments within Greece.
- Payment by Credit, Debit or Prepaid card. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners club)
- Paypal
The user is provided with the option of issuing an invoice. The relevant option appears on the order completion page.

Shipments & Deliveries

Greece

At OphelliaLand, wanting to offer an even better shopping experience, we provide Free Shipping on purchases over €50 throughout Greece. Otherwise, as long as the orders do not exceed the above amount, the shipping fee is €3.

Orders are received within 1-3 business days. When product availability is limited (listed on the product page as limited stock), you are notified of the delivery date. In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we contact you to let us know if you wish to wait for its shipment or cancel it (if the order has already been paid, the purchase amount is refunded in full). It should be noted that in geographical areas that are more than 15 kilometers away from cities where the partner courier is based as well as some remote islands, there may be an additional delay in delivery (due to inaccessible area). All our orders are sent in cooperation with General Post, ACS Courier and Courier Center.
Please note that the delivery time for bulky items cannot exceed 15 calendar days under any circumstances. However, the maximum limit set by e-commerce and distance selling legislation is 30 calendar days.
You have the possibility of free collection of the products of your order from the administration offices (Monastiriou 63, Thessaloniki)

Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are carried out through the General Post in the following ways:
- By air: delivery in 2-3 working days with a shipping cost of €12
- By sea: delivery in 10-20 working days with a shipping cost of €5.
Payment is made exclusively by credit, debit or prepaid card.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased within fifteen (5) days from the date of receipt. You send the products through the courier company that sent your order (General Post or ACS Courier or Courier Center), with a recipient's fee. In case of shipping with a different courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.

Returns are accepted only if:

1. The product has not been opened.

2. The tag (if any) of the manufacturing company as well as the product label has not been removed or damaged.

3. The product comes with all accessories, such as the box, any manuals and the proof of purchase.

4. The product is accompanied by the "Return Slip" form, which is located inside the package (together with the purchase receipt) and fully informs you about the return procedure. If for some reason the return slip is not inside your parcel, you can download it by clicking here.

5. The product comes with the gift (if any).

6. Return of products that are considered defective and are in their original condition, with their original packaging and original markings on the products are sent again free of charge (there is no charge of €4). Only products that are unsuitable to be used or used for their intended purpose are considered defective and in no case products that deviate from the photos posted on our website due to expected differences during their download and posting. Products whose expiration date is 2 weeks from the date of receipt are considered unsuitable for use.
