Then, during the olive harvest period, when the fruit has reached the harvesting stage, rich in oil and flavor, we carefully pick it one by one, so that there is no injury. Why? So that an extra virgin olive oil that you and your loved ones will love reaches your plate.

When the olives are harvested, they are immediately transported, on the same day, to our state-of-the-art factory in Keramoutsi, Heraklion, so that processing can begin immediately.
