1. Order Cancellation
Our online store provides the option to cancel an order (partial or complete). To cancel an order, you must send an email to sales@ophellia.eu.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Α. Non-returnable Products

Opened food packaging or other perishable products.

Special products made to order.
Β. Product Returns and Exchanges
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return Terms:

The product must be intact, not opened.

Labels and original packaging must be intact.

The return must include the purchase receipt.

Products must be returned via the same courier company used for the original shipment.

Return due to faulty products is free of charge.

If the expiry date of a product is less than 2 weeks upon receipt, it is considered unsuitable for use and will be replaced immediately.
